Facilitated Self Enquiry Sessions
I am currently training to be a facilitator in 'self enquiry' - a powerful healing modality based on The Work of Byron Katie, which identifies extant belief patterns that are affecting and controlling how we interface with the world. With the support of a qualified facilitator, this Work helps you uncover the stressful thoughts that may be causing uncomfortable emotions of guilt, shame, anger, frustration and sadness, and by questioning the truth of those thoughts, you are able to relinquish their control and free yourself from the cycle of negative experience.

How it works
The Work is a meditation of discovery, done by you and for you. As a facilitator I am simply your guide, helping you to uncover and ultimately relinquish the beliefs that are causing you distress and keeping you stuck in uncomfortable emotions.

The process is remarkably simple. It is not therapy in the traditional sense, but a technique of untangling yourself from the stories you have woven from childhood that colour your view of the world and all of your interactions in it.
What is involved
Sessions are conducted via Zoom from the comfort of your own home, and typically last up to 90 minutes. Whether you have a specific issue in mind that you want help with, or just a more general theme in your life that is causing you pain, the Work can help.
